Wednesday Night Friends & Family 

The Wednesday Night Friends & Family program runs from September to May in accordance with the Carmel-Clay school calendar. 

You do not have to be a member to join in our fun, fellowship and growth through study, sharing, giving, and serving.  There is something for everyone, whether it is helping in one of our many areas, meeting friends for dinner, attending a class, or joining a choir in rehearsal.  Fellowship is key to this program and it is an excellent way to meet new friends and stay in touch with old.

Natalie Oehler, Food Services Manager & Director of Wednesday Night Friends & Family, was born and raised in the south suburbs of Chicago and went to the University of Dayton in Ohio where she met her husband, Mike. Her family consists of her husband, Mike, son, Grant, brand new daughter, Bailey, and a yellow lab. She came to the Hoosier state in 1993 because it was a good middle ground for both families (Natalie’s in Chicago and Mike’s in Cincinnati) and now calls Carmel home. Before becoming the kitchen director she worked for a restaurant franchisee for 9 1/2 years and then became a professional church volunteer. Her hobbies are making snacks for Bible study, gardening, kayaking and trying to beat her son at golf. Email: nataliejoehler@hotmail.com

During the season, every Wednesday a hot meal is prepared in the church's kitchen by our chef, Natalie Oehler. Separate adult and children   menus are available as well as a Soup and    Salad Bar.

TIME:  Dinner is served from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

COST: 

Adult meal:  $5.00. 

Children's meal::  $3.00. 

Soup & Salad meal:  $3.00.

*Children 3 and under are free.

*$20 maximum per family (immediate family, please).

During the season, childcare is offered every Wednesday evening in the Childcare room (Room 111). Toddlers (infant through 3 years) from 5:30 to 9:00 p.m. Preschool (ages 4 through 6 years) after choir from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m.

During the school year, adult classes are available each Wednesday Night from 6:30-7:15 p.m. Childcare is provided.

Classes will begin again in September, 2008.

WNF&F Kids
During the school year, children (Grad 1 thru Grade 5) hear Bible stories, play games, and have fun growing in God's love.

Childcare
Children are well cared for as parents join in other activities on Wednesday evenings. In Room 111.
