Rev. Patti Payntor
Patti has been the lead pastor of THE STREAM since January, 2008. Patti received her Bachelors in Nursing from Ball State University in 1979, graduating cum laude. She worked as a bedside nurse in intensive care and dialysis before holding a couple of nursing management positions. When Patti's call changed, she struggled, argued, and finally submitted, which led her to seminary at Christian Theological Seminary in Indianapolis, graduating in 2000 with an MDiv (Master of Divinity). Patti has three adult children, Annie, Jenny and Dan and two furry friends, Sophie, her dog, and Oliver, her cat. The areas of ministry which really bring her energy and joy are missions and preaching. When not involved with her work, Patti enjoys bicycling, walking her dog, traveling, reading, watching movies, listening to music, gardening, and doing cross stitch. You may help to keep her healthy by asking her "when was the last time you spent some time doing what you enjoy?" O give thanks to the Lord, call on his name, make known his deeds among the peoples. Sing to him, sing praises to him; tell of all his wonderful works." Psalm 105:1-2 Meet the Stream Band:
