Weather-Related Closings and Cancellations
We follow the lead of Carmel-Clay Schools to determine weather-related cancellations. If Carmel Clay Schools are closed, CUMC is closed and all activities and events that day and evening are cancelled. If CCS are on a two-hour delay, Preschool classes are delayed by 2 hours but the church is open during regular hours. If CCS closes early and/or cancels evening activities, CUMC will close and all activities and events that evening (including Wednesday Night Friends & Family) will be cancelled. Sunday worship services will be cancelled ONLY if there is a declared State of Emergency that prohibits travel.
